Renault R370 Turboleader
At the 1984 Frankfurt Motor Show, Renault Vehicules Industriels presented an unprecedented version of its top model: it is called the R 370, in the "Turboleader" livery. The cabin adopts the raised roof of the special Le Centaure version, exhibited at the 1978 Paris Motor Show. Given the success met on the market by the Globetrotter version of the Volvo F12, RVI therefore evaluates the possibility of adopting this cabin also on the new R 370 model. For the Italian market it is the first version that is available with a raised pavilion.
