The shipment of your order
Orders are generally sent within 2-3 days of receipt of payment and are shipped in Italy according to possibilities by courier with tracking or by Posta1 of Poste Italiane. Whatever type of shipment you choose, you will receive a message on the progress of the shipment via email at the address you registered.
For Europe and the rest of the world shipments are entrusted to Poste Italiane with or without tracking depending on the choice you made. In the case of tracked shipping, we will send the code as soon as it is available.
Shipping charges include handling and packing charges and postage. We recommend that you combine all desired items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. We are not responsible during the journey of your order but we always assist as much as we can to ensure you have a nice shopping experience.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected, we are very keen that our items arrive as we made them!
Switzerland: be careful, customs charges are added at the border to the cost of the transaction when the order exceeds 64 F CH, shipping costs included (corresponding to a total order amount of approximately €45).
Given the situation we are experiencing, with the restrictions due to the pandemic, delivery times may differ from those indicated without us being able to predict it.
L'expédition de votre commande
Les commandes sont généralement envoyées dans les 2-3 jours suivant la réception du paiement et sont expédiées en Italie selon les possibilités par courrier avec suivi ou par Posta1 de Poste Italiane. Quel que soit le type d'envoi que tu as choisi, tu recevras un message sur l'avancement de l'envoi par e-mail à l'adresse que tu as enregistrée.
Pour l'Europe et le reste du monde les envois sont confiés à Poste Italiane avec ou sans suivi selon le choix effectué. Dans le cas d'un envoi suivi, nous t'enverrons le code dès qu'il sera disponible.
Les frais d'expédition comprennent les frais de manutention et d'emballage ainsi que les frais postaux. Nous te recommandons de combiner tous les articles souhaités en une seule commande. Il ne nous est pas possible de regrouper deux commandes distinctes passées séparément, par conséquent les frais de port seront facturés pour chacune d'elles. Nous ne sommes pas responsables pendant le trajet de ta commande, mais nous t'aidons toujours autant que possible pour t'assurer une expérience d'achat agréable.

Who can exercise the right of withdrawal
Under Article. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase by indicating in the order form a reference to Max-Model Match VAT, has the right to rescind the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, except as described in point. An essential requirement for the application of the right of withdrawal is that the product is used and is intact.
How to make a Return
To exercise this right, the customer must send Max-Model a notice to that effect within 10 working days of receipt of the goods. Such notice shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to Max -model Letizia Via Mattei Vicchio and Paterno, 6 50012 Bagno a Ripoli (FI) or by telegram or fax sent within the said period of 10 days and followed by a confirmation letter with return receipt MUST be sent within 48 hours.
Restitution of Merchandise
Once such notice of withdrawal, the Customer Service Model-Max will quickly inform the customer instructions on how to return the goods to be sent to Max-Model within 10 days from. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: The law applies to product purchased in its entirety; it can be exercised only on the withdrawal of the product (ex .: accessories, etc ...); The products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories); To limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put in a second box; It should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the packaging of the product; by law, the shipping costs for the return of the asset are charged to the customer; the shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer; if the goods are damaged during transport, Max-Model will inform the client (within 5 working days of receipt of goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, while canceling the request for withdrawal; Max-Model is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; on his arrival in stock, the product will be examined to assess any damages not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, Max-Model will deduct from the refund due to a percentage, but not more than 10% of it, towards the cost of restoration.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original, Max-Model will refund the customer the amount already paid as quickly as possible and within 30 days of the request for withdrawal, by bank transfer. The Buyer shall promptly provide to the bank on which to obtain reimbursement (IBAN - Current Account of the invoice). The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents), where Max-Model finds: the lack of external and / or internal packaging; the lack of product components; damage to the product for reasons other than transportation. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Max-Model will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs. The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Decree 05.22.1999, n. 185 contracts for the supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized.
