Iveco Turbo 190-38 Special
The 190.38 Special is none other than the already well-known Fiat IVECO 190.38 chassis, presented at the Turin Motor Show in April 1981: it is available exclusively in the tractor version for semi-trailers: it is equipped with the already well-known 8-cylinder engine V-shaped, 17174 cc displacement, supercharged, 381 hp. The Fissore bodywork project, chosen by IVECO for the creation of the Special, was to start from a very normal 190.38 and then proceed later to the application of a series of after-market accessories, coming from a series of selected external suppliers, as already other houses did.
