DAF ATi 3600-3300
In September 1985 DAF introduced the DAF 3600 ATi with "advanced Turbo intercooling". DAF had taken several efficiency measures to reduce internal friction and, combined with a modified drivetrain that included a new hypoid drive axle, increased power and fuel efficiency were achieved. It helped boost sales for the range until it was replaced. The most powerful iteration of the new ATi engines was the 1160 DKZ with 274 kW (373 hp)
